Maintain proper physical activity to keep our
body active as well as flexible.
It can include:
- Everyday
activities. For example, walking or cycling to work, doing housework
- Active leisure
activities. This includes activities such as dancing, active play amongst
children, or walking or cycling for refreshment.
- Sport. For example,
exercise and workout at a gym, swimming and competitive sports such as football,
cricket and badminton, etc.
Very much required these days.
